Missouri Gaming Commission Recommends Discipline Against Mark Twain Casino

The Missouri Gaming Commission is recommending that disciplinary action be taken against Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange.

The commission Wednesday unanimously approved a preliminary order for disciplinary action against the casino.

The order comes after a follow up audit conducted a year ago found that two violations cited during a previous audit had not been corrected.

The commission recommends the casino be fined $5,000 for the violations. The casino has 30 days to appeal before the recommendation becomes final.
