Missouri Gaming Commission Recommends Fines for Mark Twain Casino
The Missouri Gaming Commission Wednesday approved preliminary orders for disciplinary action against Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange.
The commission cited two separate violations of Missouri gaming rules involving on-site promotions last summer.
In one instance, prize coupons that were issued to patrons were redeemed multiple times due to a glitch in the casino’s computer system. The coupons were only supposed to be redeemed once.
The other violation a delay in the beginning of one promotion the failure to disclose offers in the rules of a second promotion.
The commission has recommended a total of $15,000 in fines for the violations.
Mark Twain Casino has 30 days to appeal the commission’s ruling.
