Marion County Prosecutor Releases June Statistics

Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton released the June list of cases handled by his office Saturday.

In June, the prosecutor’s office reports that defendants were sentenced to a total of 85 years in prison, along with a total of 89 years in suspended prison sentences.

There were 76 total felony and misdemeanor cases filed in June. 14 defendants entered guilty pleas, 13 were placed on probation and 12 were sent to prison.
