Hannibal Man Charged in Domestic Assault Case
A Hannibal man has been charged in connection with an alleged domestic assault Thursday.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton filed charges Friday of second degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon against 37 year old Timothy Stevens.
Hannibal Police arrested Stevens Thursday evening as the result of an alleged domestic dispute at a residence on Pioneer Trail.
Stevens is alleged to have caused serious physical injury to his spouse and putting an unloaded gun to her head in another incident.
Stevens is in the Marion County Jail on $25,000 bond. His first court is set for November 9th.
