Slavin Pleads Guilty, Sentenced for Drug Trafficking
A Palmyra man pleads guilty and is sentenced on drug trafficking charges Wednesday.
In a press release, Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton announces that 57 year old Daniel Lee Slavin pleaded guilty to trafficking of controlled substances and was sentenced to a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
Police documents indicate that officers were called to Slavin’s home on October 25th, 2016 on a domestic disturbance.
An investigation and searches of Slavin’s home and vehicle revealed 64 grams of methamphetamine, packaged for distribution.
