A Laddonia man has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to gun charges.

42-year-old Mark Drainer was accused of two felony counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Authorities said Drainer sold a rifle and a shotgun to a Bowling Green pawn shop on April 12 in violation of state law restricting convicted felons from handling firearms.
Records show Drainer pleaded guilty in 2009 to an Audrain County charge of unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to five years of probation.
