Laddonia Man Dead Following Crash at MO 19 and MO 154

A Laddonia man is dead following a collision involving his car and a semi on Missouri 19 at 4:24 Wednesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 59 year old Darren Campbell failed to yield as he attempted a left hand turn from 19 onto Missouri 154. Campbell’s car was struck by a semi operated by 58 year old John Luebrecht of Mexico. The car went off the road and overturned in a ditch and was partially submerged in water. Campbell was pronounced dead at the scene. Luebrecht was taken to Audrain Medical Center in Mexico for treatment of moderate injuries.
