Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift a Big Missouri Super Bowl Conspiracy?

You might want to sit down for this one. There is a real conspiracy theory that many have latched onto that claims Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are nothing but a big Kansas City, Missouri conspiracy theory that will be fulfilled at the Super Bowl.

What I'm about to share is not an isolated theory shared by some person who has come unglued from reality. Nope. This claim about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been reported by CNN, Dnyuz, Rolling Stone, Barron's and I could go on and on.

Here's the short version of the conspiracy theory:

Taylor Swift is an "operative" and the NFL is in cahoots with her which is why they planned for the Kansas City Chiefs to be in the Super Bowl so she could come out at halftime and endorse a presidential candidate. 

Believe it or not, I did not make up one single aspect of that theory. There are many who really truly believe that there is no real romance between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

This is my blank stare face.

Let's discuss this like rational people. I will admit that I have been a Kansas City Chief fan for pretty much my entire life. Here's my toothless grin as a kid wearing an old Chiefs jersey to prove it.

This might mean I'm not objective about the whole Kansas City Chiefs player being a part of a conspiracy theory. But, I do not own even one single Taylor Swift song (and likely God willing never will). I am also not a political person and don't care if you have elephants or donkeys on your license plate and/or windows. But, I do have to ask if we as a society have fallen so far to think that a Super Bowl halftime conspiracy will decide an election?

Here's a deal I will offer you. IF Taylor Swift and Kelce come out at halftime and endorse a political candidate, I will eat that old Kansas City Chiefs jersey live on Facebook.
