Investigators Looking for Information on Hannibal Arson Fire

Hannibal fire and law enforcement officials are looking for information regarding a possible arson fire Wednesday night.

Firefighters were called to a fire at 1305 Sierra about 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.

First responders arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from the structure.

The blaze was under control in about 15 minutes. Salvage and overhaul operations took another hour.

Fire officials say the building was unoccupied, with no electric or gas service. The property had also been condemned.

Fire and police investigators have determined the fire was intentionally set.
No one was hurt.
