Heartland Lodge Gets IDNR Grant for ATV Trails

A western Illinois resort gets grant money from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to expand its offerings to visitors.

Harpole's Heartland Lodge got a visit from the IDNR Director Tuesday, who came bearing grant money to allow the popular tourist destination to expand its facility by purchasing adjacent property to develop ATV trails.
