Hannibal Youth Brings Treats for Police

Throughout this summer, Hannibal Police are handing out movie passes in an effort to connect with local youth.
On Thursday, officers were surprised by a young man who decided to give something to officers as his own way to spread kindness. Police say 10 year old Ethan Romig of Hannibal stopped by the police department bringing several baskets full of treats for police officers. Ethan’s mother—Kim Douglas—says Ethan “likes to spread love and kindness.” To reward Ethan for his thoughtfulness… police gave him a personal tour of the department and a movie pass.
