Hannibal School District Eyes Upgrades at Porter Stadium

Hannibal Public Schools officials are eyeing potential upgrades to Porter Stadium.
A committee is in place to explore options. One issue is a playing surface nearing the end of its useful life. District officials say they are looking at funding options other than a bond issue.
