A long-time member of the local faith community was the winner of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce Pacesetter Award.

At its 110th annual meeting Saturday night, the Hannibal Chamber recognized Father Mike Quinn, pastor of Holy Family Catholic Church, as its 2019 Pacesetter for his work in the community.

In other awards handed out Saturday, Mimi’s Coffee and Ice Cream and Mississippi Mind Trap were named New Businesses of the Year.

Douglass Community Services, Hannibal Regional Healthcare Systems and Hannibal Public Schools shared the Civic Contributor Award.

And, Mark Twain Behavioral Health won the Community Betterment Award for the completion of its new facility on the Hannibal Regional campus.
