A long time fixture at Douglass Community Services is taking on a new job.

Douglass CEO Stephanie Cooper announced Monday that Stacey Nicholas would be DCS’s new Chief Development Officer.

As CDO, Nicholas will be responsible for coordinating fundraising, development and media content for Douglass.

Nicholas has been with Douglass for 13 years, currently serving as director of Community Outreach Initiatives Programs.

Cooper said that Stacey’s past experience and current work have allowed her to understand the needs and relationships with families, donors and business partners, which is an important part of moving Douglass Community Services’ development program forward.
