Hannibal Police Report Four Drug Arrests

Four people are in custody on drug related charges following an investigation by the Hannibal Police Department’s Anti Crime Enforcement Squad.

Hannibal Police say 26-year-old Justin Price is charged with distribution of a controlled substance. 37-year-old Jana Gardner of Hannibal is charged with distribution near government housing. 19-year-old Austin Winningham of New London and 35-year-old Michael Perry are charged with distribution near a school. Hannibal Police say all four individuals are held in the Marion County Jail. Bond for each is set at $100,000 cash only.
