Information about possible drug activity and an individual wanted on a felony warrant results in three arrests by Hannibal Police Tuesday.
Members of the department’s Anti Crime Enforcement Squad went to a residence on Heritage Drive. On arrival, police say subjects ran into the residence and a short time later, a man jumped out of a window. He was arrested. Officers detained remaining residents and obtained a search warrant. Police say the search turned up items that tested positive for methamphetamine. A firearm was also located. Hannibal Police say the investigation results in 55 year old Robert Cunningham of Hannibal being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a firearm. 48 year old Dennis Kroenke of Hannibal was arrested on a probation and parole warrant. 31 year old John Vogel was arrested on a probation and parole warrant and for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and 25 year old Baxter Swain was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Vogel and Kroenke were taken to the Marion County Jail. Cunningham and Swain were released pending a review by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
