Hannibal Police Host Their Annual Halloween Party

Hannibal Police have a safe, and warm option for Halloween.

Hannibal Police host their 39th annual Children’s Halloween Party tomorrow (TH) night at the Admiral Coontz Armory at 301 Warren Barrett. Hannibal Police Chief Lyndell Davis says the event is designed to provide a safer place for children to celebrate Halloween. There will be games, candy, prizes, refreshments, a haunted tent and costume contests. The event is free of charge for children.
