Hannibal Men Arrested for Sunday Afternoon Robbery

Hannibal Police say two young men are in custody following a Sunday afternoon robbery report.

Officers say two men forced their way into a residence and threatened a female resident with baseball bats.

The victim was assaulted and money was taken from the residence.

The investigation resulted in the arrests without incident of 24 year old Christopher Minks of Hannibal and 18 year old Ethan Williams of Hannibal.

Both were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail pending prosecutor review.
