A Hannibal man already held in the Missouri Department of Corrections faces new felony child endangerment charges.
Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton says 27 year old Gregory Flowers is also charged with possessing a firearm as a felon and possession of a controlled substance. A probable cause statement says Flowers kept a scale with methamphetamine residue on it within reach of children. The new charges are Class D felonies with a range of punishment up to seven years. Flowers is currently serving a sentence for receiving stolen property. No court date has been set.
