Hannibal Man Arrested on Drug, Weapons Charges

A traffic stop Wednesday night results in the arrest of a Hannibal man on a variety of charges.

Hannibal Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Highway 61 near Fair Oaks about 7:19 p.m. Wednesday.

As a result, 32 year old Morice Trimble was taken to the Marion County Jail.

Warrants were filed Thursday against Trimble, charging him with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of marijuana.

Bond for Trimble was set at $25,000.
