Hannibal Man Arrested for Unlawful Use of a Weapon

A Hannibal man faces charges following an incident early Sunday morning in the 2900 block of McKinley.
Hannibal Police were called to that area at 1:59 Sunday morning for a report of gun shots. As officers arrived… they contacted a female who said she was arguing with several people when 33 year old Patrick McGee of Hannibal pointed a gun at her head. The police report says McGee then fires a shot into the air. The woman was not injured and she went to a neighbor to wait for police. McGee was taken into custody without incident. McGee was taken to the Marion County Jail. A warrant issued by the 10th Judicial circuit charges McGee with unlawful use of a weapon and domestic assault. Bond is set at 25-thousand dollars cash only.
