The Hannibal Cavemen's three-game winning streak came to an abrupt end Thursday night at Danville.

The Dans scored early and often in an 11-1 win. The home team scored at least one run in seven of eight innings. Danville had five extra base hits, including a two-run homer, and took advantage of five Hannibal errors.

The Cavemen could manage only two hits and one unearned run for the night.

Brendan Kleekamp is the probable starting pitcher for Hannibal tonight as they attempt to get even with the Dans in Danville. The road trip continues in Kokomo Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. The Cavemen are back home Tuesday when the Springfield Sliders come to Clemens Field.
