20 years is the sentence for the man who pleaded guilty to robbing the Ralls County State Bank branch in Hannibal last August 5th.

Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says Jacob Wilson entered the plea Monday in St. Charles County Circuit Court. Wilson requested a lesser sentence but Clayton did not agree to that. Wilson told his family he was going to rob the bank because his children needed food and clothes. Clayton said Wilson did not spent any of the money on them and that money was spent instead on an automobile and gift cards from local merchants. Jacob Wilson also has two prior felony convictions for drug possession and forgery.
