
Four Arrested on Meth-Related Charges
Hannibal Police executed two search warrants for methamphetamine, making four arrests.
On Wednesday, Tiffany Durham, 36, of Bowling Green and Bobby Ratliff, 56, of Hannibal were arrested when officers searched a room at the Econo Lodge motel on McMasters Ave. and discovered what is believed to be methamphetamine and prescription pills. Durham and Ratliff were arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both were released pending warrants.
Officers served a second warrant at a residence in the 900 block of Georgia Street where they discovered items used in methamphetamine production in the basement. Damon Noel, 40, of Hannibal was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold. Shelly Dufour, 34, of Hannibal was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and released pending warrants.
The 10th Judicial Circuit Court charged Noel with Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance. He is currently in the Marion County Jail where bond is set at $100,000 (cash only).
