Endangered Person Advisory Issued for Hannibal Man

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a Hannibal man.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reports 22 year old Harrison Charles Vessell was last seen leaving his residence on West Ely in Hannibal late Monday night.

Authorities say Vessell left the residence on foot, in possession of a nine millimeter handgun.

Vessell is alleged to have left a note with suicidal statements. There was further contact with an acquaintance via text.

Harrison Charles Vessell is described as a white male, five-foot-nine, 213 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and fair complexion. He was wearing a grey coat, blue jeans and black shoes.
