Daylight Savings Time Returns 2 a.m. Sunday
This is the night we lose an hour of sleep.
Officially, at 2 a.m., everyone in the United States, except for Arizona and Hawaii, turns their clocks ahead one hour to begin Daylight Savings Time.
Fire officials also use the day as a reminder to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Daylight Savings Time continues until November 1st.
