If you’ve been missing that hour of sleep you lost last spring, tonight is the night you’ve been waiting for.

For most of the country, 2 a.m. Sunday marks the end of Daylight Savings Time for 2019.

That means that when you go to bed tonight, you need to turn your clocks back one hour so you won’t be too early for whatever you need to do Sunday.

Hawaii and most of Arizona are the only states that stay on Standard Time year round.

Fire officials also remind us that this weekend would be a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detector.

Just so you know, Daylight Time returns March 8th, 2020.
