It's another sign that we are inching toward Spring--  time to "Spring Forward" one hour before you retire for the night.Daylight Saving Time returns to most of the nation at 2 a.m.Sunday. While most digital "smart" devices will automatically reset, most of us have at least some time pieces that need to be manually advanced 1 hour.

Once the clocks are moved forward, they can be left to their own devices until Standard Time returns November 3. However, some of us take longer to get the body clock re-synced. Statistics are sometimes cited showing a higher incidence of injuries, traffic accidents and even adverse health events after a time change.

One more reminder: your local Fire Department will appreciate it if you take a little time to check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries!
