Could a Mild Winter be Ahead for Missouri?

Weather officials say this year could be the warmest on record in parts of Missouri. The National Weather Service says 2012 through November 24th is the warmest year so far on record in both St. Louis and Columbia, Mo. Officials say the warmer weather is having an impact on flowers, plants and agricultural crops.
