Closing of Old Champ Clark Bridge Delayed

The permanent closure of the old Champ Clark Bridge at Louisiana has been delayed.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, the old bridge was to have been closed Thursday, but, due to wet conditions, the closing of the old bridge has been postponed.

MODOT says that an exact date for the closure has not been set, but is expected to be early next week, weather permitting.
