Clark County Deputy Cited After Crash

(KAHOKA)—An unnamed Clark County Sheriff’s deputy faces failure to yield the right of way charges following a collision with a pickup truck over the weekend.

The deputy was responding with lights and sirens on to a rollover crash south of Kahoka on Missouri 81 when the collision occurred at the intersection with US 136. In a press release, Sheriff Paul Gaudette says the incident is due to lack of experience and human error by his deputy.

There were no injuries.
