A Quincy man pleads guilty to a reduced charge in Adams County Circuit Court Monday morning.

23 year old Bradley Havermale had been charged with drug induced homicide. As part of a plea agreement, Havermale pleaded guilty to manufacture and delivery of heroin.

As a result, he was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, with credit for 166 days served.

Havermale had been arrested for providing heroin to 23 year old Anna Foote, who died from a heroin overdose September 1st, 2016. Havermale was on probation at the time of his arrest.
