
Baker Pleads Not Guilty to Theft Charges
A Quincy man pleads not guilty to charges in connection with a theft from a downtown Quincy business at which he was an employee.
In Adams County Circuit Court, 54 year old Timothy Baker pleaded not guilty to one count of theft over $500.
Baker was arrested January 4th after Quincy Police responded to a report that an employee was stealing from Schuecking’s Men’s Wear on North 5th.
Baker’s case was placed on the May 7th jury trial docket. He remains free on $10,000 recognizance bond.
