
ATV Crash Results in Charges for Northeast Missouri Man
(Wyaconda, Mo)--A Wyaconda, Missouri man is facing several charges after his ATV crashes in Clark County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says 47 year-old Timothy Yancy was riding in an alley in Wyaconda at 3 p.m. Saturday. Yancy lost control and was thrown from the four-wheeler. He was transported to Scotland County Hospital by private vehicle.
Troopers later arrested Yancy on charges of Felony Aggravated DWI, no valid driver’s license, and illegally operating an ATV on a highway.
