Shower and thunderstorm activity is moving into the Hannibal area from the south and the tarp is back on the field.

The start of tonight's regularly scheduled game postponed and will be made up as part of a doubleheader later this season at Clemens Field. Hannibal and Danville did complete the suspended opener with the Dans winning 13-0. Brian Allec got the win in relief for Danville. Cavemen starter Tyus Adkins took the loss. Danville scored four in the second, six in the rain delayed fifth, two in the seventh and one in the 9th. Michael Bainbridge hit the Dans first homer of the year in the fifth-- a two run shot into the Hannibal bullpen.

This post may be updated as the weather situation plays out.
