The Adams County Health Department Friday reported 30 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The latest cases include 13 females, age zero to 60s and 17 males, age 10 to 80s.

This brings the total number of Adams County coronavirus cases to 1,077, with 161 active, eight hospitalized in their 50s to 90s and ten deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests is now 8.79%.
