Two Hannibal residents have been arrested on drug charges after police responded to a 911 call. Police detected the smell of marijuana and upon consent, searched the residence and found drug paraphernalia, a hand gun, and a large amount of what is believed to be marijuana.

At the residence at the 1900 block of 30th Street, Danielle L. Carlin, 23 of Hannibal was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. John S. Gulentz, 23, of Hannibal was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Austin C Winningham, 18, of New London, was arrested on an active State Warrant. Carlin was released pending warrants. Winningham was unable to bond and released to the Marion County Jail. Gulentz was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.
