US 36 Traffic Stop Near Monroe City Results in Drug Arrest

A Virginia man is in custody on drug charges following a traffic stop east of Monroe City Monday.
Ralls County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on US 36 near Route J. A search of the vehicle by the Shelbina Police K-9 unit discovered over 25-thousand dollars worth of marijuana and marijuana related products including edibles, marijuana wax. Over six pounds of marijuana were seized. 34 year old Leomin Brady of Machipongo Virginia was arrested and taken to the Pike County Jail.
