More than 20 agencies around northeast Missouri are supported by the United Way of the Mark Twain Area.
This year’s campaign exceeded the 383-thousand goal by just over 39-hundred dollars. Campaign Chair Roy Hark says that because of incredible generosity displayed, hundreds of people will receive services from human service programs supported by the United Way of the Mark Twain Area.

Retiring executive Director Frank DiTillo was recognized for his four years of service. DiTillo says; "It has been my honor, my pleasure and certainly to the benefit of my heart to have been a part of assisting so many lives."

Denise Dameron takes over as executive director. Scott Boehmer, Ed Foxall and Doug Aeilts are elected as new members of the United Way of the Mark Twain Area Board.
