A boost from General Mills helps the United Way of the Mark Twain Area reach their annual campaign goal.
Over six thousand dollars from an annual auction hosted by General Mills pushes the ‘Be The Change’ campaign total past the goal of 400-thousand dollars. Money raised by the annual campaign assists 26 area non-profit organizations. Campaign chair Dr. Jill Janes says exceeding the campaign goal is an example of how communities in the Mark Twain Areas support and appreciate the good work of our agencies.
