Two Monroe County Burglary Suspects Caught

A man facing burglary and drug charges in Monroe County is in custody.

Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force agents say Joshua Davis turned himself in at the Monroe County Jail Friday afternoon. Joshua Davis and Ira McArthur are charged with second degree burglary and stealing following use of a search warrant at 10 Sycamore Lane in Monroe City. Items taken in two recent burglaries at Tri County Tire and Repair were recovered as a result of the search. Task Force agents say methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were also found in the house. Davis and McArthur are each held on 50-thousand dollars cash only bond.
