Two Hannibal residents face drug charges following their arrest Tuesday afternoon in Paris Missouri.
Monroe County sheriff’s deputies and East Central Drug Task Force agents located two wanted individuals in the 500 block of South Main. Deputies say 36 year old Todd Haynes lied about his identity and attempted to flee in a vehicle. The police report indicates Haynes was tased as he fought with deputies while attempting to put the vehicle in reverse. Haynes was wanted on a parole violation. Also taken into custody on a stealing charge in Branson was 38 year old Laura Declue. A search of the vehicle by a K-9 unit yielded methamphetamine, scales, and baggies. Haynes and Declue were taken into custody pending formal filing of charges.
