Three Hurt in Weather Related Traffic Crashes Monday
An Albany, Missouri woman suffered moderate injuries in a one car crash on Ralls County Route A west of New London at 11:45 p.m. Monday.
The Highway Patrol reports 18 year old Mercaides Greenwell was westbound when she lost control of her car on the ice covered road. Her car ran off the road, struck an embankment, became airborne and came to rest in a creek.
Greenwell was air lifted to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
A Hannibal man escapes with minor injuries in a single vehicle crash on Highway 19 south of Perry in Ralls County at 11:40 p.m. Monday.
The Highway Patrol reports 51 year old Jerry Boyd was northbound on 19, traveling too fast for conditions. His SUV slid off the road, overturned several times and impacted the ground.
Boyd was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.
A Palmyra woman suffers minor injuries in a one car crash on Ralls County Route J southeast of Monroe City at 11:40 p.m. Monday.
The Highway Patrol reports 32 year old Natosha Allen was northbound when she lost control of her car on the ice covered roadway, striking a bridge and a guardrail.
Allen was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.
