Three Hurt in NEMO Weekend Traffic Crashes
Three are hurt in separate northeast Missouri traffic crashes over the weekend.
A Fort Madison, Iowa man suffers moderate injuries in a single vehicle crash on Highway 61 north of Hannibal at 7:55 p.m. Sunday.
The Highway Patrol reports 49 year old Ronald Prier was northbound when his SUV ran off the road and struck a guardrail.
Prier was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.
A St. Peters, Missouri woman suffers minor injuries in a two vehicle crash on Highway 24 east of Monroe County Route N south of Monroe City at 10:40 a.m. Saturday.
The Highway Patrol reports 23 year old Nicholas Powell of Stoutsville was eastbound and had slowed due to animals in the roadway. An eastbound pickup, driven by 59 year old Sharon Wood of St. Peters, topped a hill crest and struck the Powell car in the rear.
Wood was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A Philadelphia man suffers minor injuries in a two vehicle crash on Route MM west of Hannibal at 12:15 p.m. Friday.
The Highway Patrol reports 82 year old Kenneth Kendall of Hannibal was southbound and collided with a westbound SUV, driven by 62 year old Joyce Mann of Philadelphia.
Mann was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.
