Three individuals were arrested Monday in Hannibal on drug-related charges.

As part of an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine near a school, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad executed a search warrant at the 3600 block of St. Charles Street. A substance believed to be methamphetamine was located during the search.

39-year-old Seth Richardson of Hannibal was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance in a protected area, possession of a controlled substance (felony), possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor), and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Allison (38) and Charlie Hull (37) were also arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Richardson was transported to the Marion County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold pending review. Allison and Hull were released pending court appearances in Hannibal Municipal Court.
