The annual Quincy Notre Dame Music Trivia Night happens Saturday night at 7 in the St. Peter's Gym at 2500 Maine in Quincy. Proceeds will go to the QND Foundation.

The Hannibal Jaycees 10th annual Wing Ding is Saturday in the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center. Doors open at 11 a.m., with wings served at 1 and judging at 4 p.m.

You have your choice of pancake and sausage meals this weekend.

The Ewing R-4 Fire and Rescue Auxiliary's annual pancake and sausage breakfast is Saturday at the fire house in Ewing from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds go toward the purchase of new equipment.

The Hull Lions Club's annual pancake and sausage day is also Saturday at the Lions Club Building in Hull, IL, also from 6 to 1.

The Carthage Fire Department hosts a pancake and sausage breakfast Sunday from 7 to 1 at the fire station on South Adams St. in Carthage. Proceeds benefit the Carthage Clipper Fire Dept. Equipment Fund.

Saturday and Sunday are Great River Eagle Days in Quincy, with eagle viewing at Lock and Dam 21 and events going on at the Oakley Lindsay Center.

Saturday is the 16th annual Y101 Bridal Expo at the Ambiance in Quincy. All things bridal is the order of the day from noon to 3 p.m.

And, high school students and their families who have yet to decide which college to attend have the chance to check out Quincy University in a Discovery Days open house Saturday.
