(Quincy, Ill)--One thing leads to another, as three Quincy residents found out the hard way today.

Adams County Sheriff's Deputies first arrested 26 year-old Cory Mefford and 22 year-old Easton Allen for theft under $500.  Deputies say they were involved in stealing from a Quincy manufacturing business.

The investigation led deputies to discover meth making materials in addition to stolen property at 423 Timberidge Drive.  Cory Mefford and Easton Allen now face meth-related charges in addition to  theft charges. A third subject, 26 year old Barbara Mefford  faces charges of Aggravated Meth Manufacturing, Possession of Meth Precursor, and Meth Related Child Endangerment.

The West Central Illinois Task Force and Illinois State Police Meth Response Team assisted with the search of the premises at 423 Timberidge.

All three subjects were lodged in the Adams County Jail without bond.
