A judge’s ruling in a motion hearing Friday results in a delay in the trial of a Liberty man charged with aggravated DUI.

The attorney for 49-year-old Jeffrey Tenhouse had asked that Tenhouse’s hospital blood test results be excluded. Judge Scott Walden denied the motion in Adams County Circuit Court.

Tenhouse is charged with two counts each of aggravated DUI where an accident cause death and aggravated DUI where an accident caused great bodily harm.

Tenhouse was the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident in Adams County last August. 34-year-old Amanda Krutmeier of Liberty died in the crash, while three others were injured, two seriously.

Tenhouse’s trial had been scheduled to begin in March, but now has been pushed back to May.
