A 29-year-old Lincoln County man will avoid further jail time after pleading to a reduced charge of child welfare endangerment in connection with his infant niece's accidental death from a drug overdose.

An eastern Missouri teenager has been arrested in the theft of more than 100 pounds of explosives from a quarry. Eighteen-year-old Dylan Huber of Moscow Mills was taken into custody on Tuesday, and police are searching for 19-year-old Joshua Wilcockson of Troy. The theft occurred May 14th at the Fred Weber quarry near Troy.
