The Hannibal Arts Council will host a free Casual Classics concert at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St. The concert will feature holiday classics and hymns performed by the Palmyra United Methodist Church choir. Admission is free and open to the public and is part of the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council’s Victorian Festival of Christmas.
